Ever catch yourself making a silly excuse to get out of doing something?
I do it all the time: I can’t go to the gym because I need to do the dishes. I can’t finish that book because I’m too busy. I can’t organize my closet because I’m too tired.
Trouble is, when you’ve got an excuse for every little thing, it’s really hard to make any progress. And at the end of the day, excuses cause you to miss opportunities that could potentially change the course of your life.
